Remote management enablement via forged configuration request
Published Jan 16, 2026 · Updated Jan 16, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Ubee Interactive EVW327 allows remote attackers to enable remote management on port 8080. The /goform/UbeeMgmtRemoteAccess handler accepts an auto-submitted POST that sets RemoteAccessEnable and RemoteAccessPort without validating request provenance. A browser able to reach the gateway at 192.168.0.1 must load attacker-controlled HTML; the resulting configuration change exposes remote administration on port 8080.
