Authenticated command execution via stored profile XSS

Stored XSS in OpenEMR 5.0.2.1 user profiles allows remote authenticated users to execute server commands through an administrator's browser. user_info.php emits the stored lname value without HTML encoding, so script code can submit a backtick-bearing form_sel_layouts value that backup.php concatenates into an exec() shell command. Patient Portal access and an administrator rendering the poisoned profile are required; successful chaining runs operating-system commands under the web server account.
