Published Jan 15, 2026 · Updated Jan 15, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Cotonti Siena 0.9.19 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through the maintitle parameter. The admin configuration update stores the maintitle value and later renders it on the home page without neutralizing event-handler markup. Administrative access is required to plant the payload, and script execution occurs when the stored site title is rendered in a visitor's browser.
