Unauthenticated file disclosure via path traversal

Path traversal in GeoVision GeoWebServer 5.3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to read local files through crafted HTTP requests. The WebStrings.srf handler accepts traversal sequences in its file parameter, and the /Visitor route decodes double-encoded traversal without restricting the resolved path. Exploitation requires network access to the web service but no authentication, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of Windows files such as win.ini.
