Windows crash via malformed driver IOCTL

Out-of-bounds write in Redragon Gaming Mouse Driver allows local users to crash Windows through a crafted IOCTL request. REDRAGON_MOUSE.sys accepts IOCTL 0x222414 for the REDRAGON_MOUSE device and mishandles a 2,000-byte input containing 1,000 0x44 bytes followed by 1,000 null bytes. Opening the device and issuing DeviceIoControl requires local access; successful exploitation bugchecks the host without reported data disclosure or modification.
