Code execution via registration-name SEH overwrite

A buffer overflow in MP3/AVI/MPEG/WMV/RM to Audio CD Burner 1.3.8 allows local users to execute code through the registration name field. The field accepts an overlong payload without adequate bounds validation, overwriting structured exception handlers so attacker-controlled shellcode runs. Exploitation requires local access and active interaction with the registration dialog; successful code runs with the application's privileges.
