CVE-2021-47772Public exploit

Code execution via malicious text file import

Published Jan 15, 2026 · Updated Jan 15, 2026

Out-of-bounds write in 10-Strike Network Inventory Explorer Pro 9.31 allows attackers to execute code via a malicious text file. The text-file importer processes attacker-controlled bytes without enforcing the destination boundary, allowing data at offset 213 to overwrite an exception-handler pointer and redirect execution through a fixed sqlite3.dll address. A user must select From Text File and open the crafted file; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied code in the application's user context.
