CVE-2021-47755Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated file disclosure via unrestricted FileServlet path

Published Jan 15, 2026 · Updated Jan 15, 2026

Path traversal in Softlink Oliver Library Software before 8.00.008.053 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files. The unauthenticated FileServlet endpoint accepts the fileName parameter as a server-side path without sanitizing it or restricting it to an intended directory. A crafted HTTPS request retrieves any file readable by the service account, exposing sensitive local data without changing files or interrupting service.
