Privilege escalation via writable game executables

Incorrect permissions in Epic Games Rocket League 1.95 and earlier allow local users to replace installed executable files. The RocketLeague.exe file and its Binaries and TAGame directories grant the Windows Authenticated Users group change access, permitting a binary of choice to overwrite the game executable. Any authenticated Windows user can reach the writable installation; the replacement executes with the privileges of the account that next launches the game, enabling privilege escalation when that account is more privileged.
