Administrator-session script execution via User-Agent header
Published Dec 23, 2025 · Updated Dec 23, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in CSZ CMS 1.2.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in an administrator's browser. The /member/insertpm endpoint stores the User-Agent request header without neutralizing script markup and renders it in the backend dashboard. Member access and an administrator viewing the resulting private message are required, enabling script execution in the administrator's web session.
