Missing authentication in SELEA Targa IP OCR-ANPR Camera iZero allows remote attackers to overwrite device configuration. The /cgi-bin/utils.php DEVPASS branch compares a supplied MD5 value with the hash of a hard-coded developer password and returns OK without normal authentication. Network access to the camera web interface is sufficient; enabling manufacturer mode then exposes configuration upload and overwrite controls.
