Authenticated victim-session script execution via stored tool URL

Stored XSS in Nagios XI's custom-tools page before 5.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim browser. The tools/mytools.php update handler stores the user-controlled url field as a tool link without neutralizing event-handler markup. A victim must open the attacker-created tool link, which runs the payload with the victim browser session privileges.
