Service interruption via AMD GPU metrics memory leak

A memory leak in Linux 5.10 through 5.16 allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through AMD Renoir GPU power management. The renoir_init_smc_tables() path allocates gpu_metrics_table, but smu_v12_0_fini_smc_tables() omits the matching free during teardown. Exploitation requires local access and the affected AMD GPU path; repeated initialization and teardown can exhaust memory and interrupt service.
