Kernel crash via unchecked RPMPD allocation

NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux Qualcomm RPMPD driver allows local users to crash the kernel after an allocation failure. drivers/soc/qcom/rpmpd.c stores the unchecked devm_kcalloc() result in data->domains and later dereferences it when allocation returns NULL. Reachability requires low-privileged local access, the Qualcomm RPMPD driver, and a failed kernel memory allocation; the bounded consequence is a system crash.
