Service interruption via host1x removal memory leak

Memory leakage in the host1x GPU driver in affected Linux versions allows local users to exhaust kernel memory during device removal. host1x_remove() omits host1x_channel_list_free(), leaving the driver's allocated channel list unreleased when the device is torn down.
