Boot panic via premature EMAC pointer dereference

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash ARM systems during boot on unsupported machines. da850_evm_config_emac runs as a device_initcall on every machine and dereferences soc_info->emac_pdata before checking for a supported DaVinci SoC. The path requires an ARM multi_v5_defconfig kernel built with a newer GCC and booted on a non-DaVinci target such as QEMU palmetto-bmc, resulting in an Oops or panic.
