System hang via sticky PCIe power-fault bit

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases allows attackers to hang the system through a PCIe hot-plug slot power fault. The pciehp_isr hard-IRQ handler repeatedly tries to clear the sticky Power Fault Detected bit while waiting for a flag that only the blocked pciehp_ist thread would set. Triggering requires a power fault on a PCIe hot-plug slot; the resulting interrupt loop prevents threaded event handling and interrupts service.
