Local kernel crash via MPTCP listener deletion

Denial of service in Linux kernel 5.13 through 5.15.10 and 5.16 release candidates allows local users to crash via MPTCP endpoint deletion. The netlink path manager's endpoint-deletion walk in net/mptcp/pm_netlink.c fails to exclude TCP_LISTEN sockets, closes a listener bound to the deleted address, and leaves accept processing to dereference invalid state. Reachability is local and requires low privileges, and the demonstrated consequence is a kernel crash rather than data disclosure or modification.
