Kernel crash via undersized transmit-queue map

Denial of service in the Linux kernel ice driver allows local users to crash the kernel by reconfiguring XDP queue counts with ethtool. The vsi->txq_map allocation doubles the transmit-queue count instead of adding the possible-CPU count needed for XDP rings, leaving the map undersized when receive and transmit counts differ. The crash path requires an ice network interface with XDP rings configured and unequal receive and transmit queue counts.
