Kernel panic via active Tx queues during reconfiguration

A denial of service in Linux 5.10 allows local users to trigger a kernel panic by reconfiguring an active stmmac interface. The stmmac stop path leaves transmit queues enabled while it tears down and rebuilds interface resources, allowing concurrent transmission to access invalid state. Exploitation requires an active stmmac interface and network-administration privileges; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
