Kernel memory exhaustion via unreleased XGMI kobject

Memory leak in the AMDGPU XGMI subsystem in affected Linux kernels allows local users to exhaust kernel memory after hive setup failures. The amdgpu_get_xgmi_hive error path omits kobject_put when kobject_init_and_add fails, leaving the initialized hive kobject referenced. Reachability requires XGMI hive setup to encounter kobject creation failure; published material does not establish that local users can force that condition.
