Local driver hang via frequency-set deadlock

Improper locking in the ADIS16475 IIO driver in Linux 5.13 through 5.14.13 allows local users to hang frequency-setting operations. The adis16475_set_freq path holds the device lock, calls the locking adis_write_reg_16 helper, and also returns successfully without releasing the lock. Triggering either deadlock requires local access to the sampling-frequency control on a system with a supported ADIS16475-family IMU, and the documented consequence is limited to availability.
