Local system crash via radix-tree offset overflow

Integer overflow in Linux's generic radix-tree iterator allows local users to crash the system through very large inode numbers. The __genradix_iter_peek path advances and rounds size_t byte offsets without detecting wraparound, so traversal can restart at an invalid position. Reaching the flaw requires low-privileged local access and traversal at offsets derived from large inode values; the published impact is limited to a kernel crash and service interruption.
