Service interruption via leaked GART pin references

A resource leak in the Linux kernel amdgpu driver allows local users to retain pinned GPU memory when an SR-IOV virtual function unloads. In gmc_v9_0_hw_fini() and gmc_v10_0_hw_fini(), the SR-IOV early return skips gmc_v*_0_gart_disable(), so the matching unpin operation never decrements gart.bo pin_count. Exploitation requires an affected AMD GPU in SR-IOV virtual-function mode; repeated unloads consume pinned resources and can interrupt service.
