Local denial of service via NMI handler misuse

Denial of service in Linux 5.14 through 5.14.11 and 5.15-rc1 through 5.15-rc4 allows local users to crash PowerPC 64-bit systems. For an unrecoverable machine check with MSR[RI] clear, the early NMI path calls machine_check_exception directly even though that handler expects normal interrupt context. Local low-privileged access and an affected PowerPC 64-bit host are required; the context mismatch corrupts IRQ state and can trigger the kernel BUG check.
