Service interruption via s390 BPF JIT memory leak

Memory leak in the s390 BPF JIT in Linux allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through a failed JIT compilation. In arch/s390/net/bpf_jit_comp.c, an error branch exits without freeing the allocated jit_data object; the corrected cleanup path calls kfree(). Triggering the leak requires low-privileged local access to load BPF programs on an s390 system with JIT enabled, and repetition can interrupt service by consuming kernel memory.
