Local system crash via premature removal callback

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel 5.11 through 5.14.9 allows local users to crash the system during AMD SFH device registration. In amd_mp2_pci_probe, devm_add_action_or_reset can invoke amd_mp2_pci_remove before the PCI driver data and dependent state are initialized. Reachability requires low-privilege local access and a Ryzen-based platform with an AMD Sensor Fusion Hub; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
