Local service hang via recursive wiphy locking

Deadlock in the Linux kernel mwifiex driver 5.12 through 5.13.2 allows local users to hang driver teardown during interface removal. mwifiex_del_virtual_intf calls cfg80211_unregister_wdev while the wiphy mutex is held, and link shutdown reenters a notifier that tries to acquire the same mutex. Triggering interface deletion during module removal or firmware reset stalls the teardown path and can interrupt wireless service.
