Local service interruption via failed probe cleanup

Resource exhaustion in Linux kernel megaraid_sas allows local users to interrupt service through a failed PCI device probe. The probe error paths after scsi_add_host() or megasas_start_aen() failure return without releasing all resources allocated during initialization. Reachability requires a MegaRAID SAS controller probe and one of those initialization failures; the resulting leak consumes kernel resources without reported data exposure or modification.
