Kernel memory corruption via unchecked MHI channel index

Out-of-bounds access in Linux kernel MHI core allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through a device-supplied completion event. The command-completion handler uses the event's channel identifier to select an mhi_chan entry without first checking max_chan or whether that channel is configured. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an MHI controller that can submit a crafted completion; the resulting write can compromise or crash the kernel.
