System crash via oversized TPS6598x block read

Improper bounds handling in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash panic-on-warn systems through the TPS6598x USB Type-C driver. The tps6598x_block_read function invokes WARN_ON when len plus one exceeds its fixed data buffer, even though it then returns EINVAL. Reaching the failure requires the affected driver path and an oversized read request, and a system crash occurs only when panic-on-warn is enabled.
