Kernel panic via misordered queue-vector teardown

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel iavf driver from 4.13 allows local users to crash the kernel during virtual-interface recovery. In iavf_disable_vf(), iavf_free_queues() clears num_active_queues before iavf_free_q_vectors() can remove and release the associated queue vectors. Reachability requires control of an iavf virtual interface and a disable-and-reenable sequence after communication with the physical function is restored.
