Kernel crash via uncleared login flag

Use-after-free in the Linux lpfc SCSI driver in Linux 5.14 through 5.15.4 allows local users to crash the kernel during driver unload. The login-completion path leaves NLP_REG_LOGIN_SEND set, permitting a second lpfc_unreg_rpi call to use the freed nlp_rpi value as an rpi_ids index. Reachability requires the lpfc driver, a completed fabric-control-node login, and the subsequent RPI unregister sequence during unload.
