Local privilege escalation via stale P2P_GO list state

List corruption in Linux cfg80211 allows local users to crash the kernel or gain kernel privileges through a wireless interface-type change. cfg80211_change_iface reinitializes sdata->assigned_chanctx_list while it remains linked in assigned_vifs because the P2P_GO-to-ADHOC path omits cfg80211_stop_ap cleanup. Reachability requires local CAP_NET_ADMIN access to issue NL80211_CMD_SET_INTERFACE commands; the corrupted list supports a kernel panic and kernel-memory manipulation.
