Service interrupt via FEC initialization memory leak

Memory leak in the Linux FEC Ethernet driver in Linux 3.18 through 5.13-rc3 allows local users to exhaust memory during device initialization. In fec_enet_init(), a failed cbd_base allocation returns without calling fec_enet_free_queue(), leaving previously allocated queue memory unreleased. The path requires local low-privileged access and an allocation failure after FEC queue setup; repeated failures can interrupt service without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
