Unsafe kernel memory access via freed command buffer

Use-after-free in the Linux 5.12 Gaudi accelerator driver allows local users to trigger unsafe kernel memory access after a failed job allocation. In gaudi_memset_device_memory, the release path drops the command buffer reference before later reading cb->id, so another thread can free the object first. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and a Gaudi accelerator; the published record does not establish a reproducible crash, code execution, or data exposure.
