Kernel out-of-bounds read via channel 14 indexing

Improper array-index validation in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to trigger an out-of-bounds read in rtw88. The rtw_get_tx_power_params() function uses group 5 for channel 14 to index the five-element bw40_base array, reading the following structure field instead. Reachability requires rtw88 wireless hardware and a channel 14 scan; the published test records a UBSAN bounds violation, not a demonstrated takeover.
