Local service interruption via PM reference leak

Resource leak in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service through failed LPSPI runtime power-management resumes. In drivers/spi/spi-fsl-lpspi.c, lpspi_prepare_xfer_hardware() calls pm_runtime_get_sync(), which increments the PM usage counter when resume fails, but the error path does not release that reference. Reachability requires local low-privileged access, an active Freescale LPSPI controller, and a failed runtime resume; repeated failures exhaust resources without reported data disclosure or modification.
