Kernel crash via DMA on invalid address

Improper DMA handling in the Linux ZynqMP GQSPI driver allows local users to crash the kernel by reading a large block from flash. The receive-DMA path continues an operation with an invalid address after dma_map_single fails instead of returning an error. The crash requires local low-privileged access, a ZynqMP GQSPI controller using DMA, and a sufficiently large flash read; the documented result is a kernel oops and service interruption.
