Local system crash via missing lpfc node validation

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 5.11 through 5.12.3 allows local users to crash the system through the lpfc SCSI driver. The lpfc_issue_els_plogi() path can pass a destination ID with no matching node entry to lpfc_prep_els_iocb(), which dereferences a null lpfc_nodelist pointer. A low-privileged local user with access to the affected lpfc Fibre Channel path can cause an availability-only system crash; data disclosure or modification is not reported.
