Kernel panic via unsynchronized suspend IRQ tasklet

Denial of service in the Linux kernel 5.12 through 5.12.3 allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during system suspend. The mt7921 PCI suspend path leaves interrupts enabled and fails to synchronize pending IRQ handlers, allowing mt7921_irq_tasklet to access registers after the host PCIe controller is suspended. Reachability requires an MT7921E PCIe wireless device and local access to a system entering suspend; the bounded consequence is a host crash.
