Service interruption via invalid PPC64 fixmap placement

Improper fixmap placement in Linux allows local users on affected PPC64 kernels to interrupt service through invalid virtual mappings. The powerpc/64 page-table headers place FIXADDR_TOP at the general address-space ceiling or below KASAN, where PPC64 cannot reserve a valid fixmap; the patch instead anchors a bounded area above IOREMAP_END. Exposure is limited to affected PPC64 builds beginning with 5.5, and public sources do not identify the precise operation that triggers the availability loss.
