Local denial of service via inconsistent interrupt state

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to trigger a warning during arm64 exception entry on affected systems. Early exception entry leaves PMR_EL1 without GIC_PRIO_PSR_I_SET, so lockdep_hardirqs_off() sees interrupts as unmasked even though DAIF masks them. The issue requires irqchip.gicv3_pseudo_nmi=1 and DEBUG_LOCKDEP; fatal-warning configurations can interrupt service instead of only logging the warning.
