Service interruption via nftables object-name memory leak

Resource leak in Linux allows local users to consume unrecoverable kernel memory through failed nftables object creation requests. The new-object path in net/netfilter/nf_tables_api.c allocates the object name, then returns without freeing it when userdata allocation fails. The path requires local nftables object-creation privileges and a userdata allocation failure; confidentiality and integrity are unaffected.
