Local kernel crash via unreleased userfaultfd page

Resource-release error in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash the kernel through a crafted userfaultfd operation. In shmem_mfill_atomic_pte(), a failed copy leaves an allocated page pending, and a retry encountering exhausted tmpfs accounting returns without releasing it. Triggering the BUG_ON requires userfaultfd access, a failed copy, a retry after mmap_lock release, and concurrent tmpfs exhaustion; the resulting panic interrupts the host.
