Kernel resource leak via missing host cleanup

Resource leak in the UniPhier SD/MMC host driver in Linux 4.20 and later allows attackers to leave kernel allocations unreleased via device removal. The driver's remove function omits tmio_mmc_host_free after the probe path allocates the host, so removal fails to release that resource. Reachability requires the UniPhier SD/MMC driver and execution of its device-removal path; no remote trigger is documented.
