Local Binder IPC interruption via free-space under-accounting

Resource-accounting error in the Binder allocator in Linux allows local users to deplete asynchronous transaction capacity with small parcels. The binder_alloc_free_buf path restores async_free_space with the logical payload size instead of the larger allocated buffer size for parcels under eight bytes. A local low-privileged process must access a Binder device; repeated small asynchronous parcels can exhaust the per-process quota and interrupt Binder IPC.
