Kernel oops via unbalanced TPM operation release

A TPM operation-lifetime flaw in Linux 5.10.20 through 5.10.32 and 5.11.3 through 5.11.16 allows local users to trigger a kernel oops. The tpm2_seal_trusted() function calls tpm_put_ops() without the corresponding tpm_try_get_ops(), unbalancing TPM operation ownership. A local user must invoke trusted-key seal operations on TIS-based TPM hardware; the resulting oops interrupts kernel operation.
