Open redirect via protocol-relative redirect parameter

Open redirect in Django Grappelli before 2.15.2 allows remote attackers to send users to an untrusted site through a crafted URL. The switch_user view in grappelli/views/switch.py accepts the redirect query value when it merely starts with a slash, so a protocol-relative //host URL passes validation and reaches Django's redirect response. Exploitation requires an authenticated staff user to follow the crafted switch-user link, after which the browser navigates to an attacker-controlled site.
