Memory overwriting in Huawei HarmonyOS and EMUI video frameworks allows remote attackers to interrupt service on affected devices. Huawei attributes the overwrite to addition overflow in the video framework but does not identify the affected function, input, or write operation. The network-reachable flaw requires no privileges or user interaction and affects the listed HarmonyOS 2.0.0, 2.0.1, and 2.1.0 and EMUI 10.1.0, 10.1.1, 11.0.0, 12.0.0, and 12.0.1 releases.
